Senior HRIS Analyst

Classification: Systems Analyst

Compensation: $80000.00 to $90000.00 yearly

The Sr HRIS Analyst is responsible for development, maintenance and testing of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). The ideal candidate will have experience working in HR business processes, and a demonstrated track record working with both PeopleSoft on-premise and cloud-based Human Resource software packages.

The Senior HRIS Analyst position requires:
•Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience in an HRIS Analyst or similar role including the use of an HR Master Data system (e.g. SAP HCM, Peoplesoft, ADP, UltiPro, Kronos)
•Two (2) years of experience working on a project team in a leadership capacity
•Thorough working knowledge of processes and workflows within HR and other areas that leverage employee master data to provide consultation on system design and downstream impact
•Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs, pivot tables)
•Strong project management skills and experience managing projects
•Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
•Demonstrate proficiency and understanding of Company Systems (e.g. Taleo/SAP/SuccessFactors) in order to effectively support department functions that utilize these systems
•Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization

Job Requirements

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
•Related Certifications/Accreditations (e.g. Project Management, SuccessFactors SFX, PHR/SHRM-CP)
•SuccessFactors administration experience
•Relational database experience (i.e. MS Access or similar) with the ability to create tables, complex queries and reports from multiple sources of data
•SAP HCM experience
