Senior Product Manager, Card Services
As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for envisioning and building our demand deposit account to a grow our customer base through all product stages. Our Product Management leaders head up the systems implementations for our deposit account management portfolio, working with the IT Team to ensure new features and successfully developed and integrated, and that the products developed are consistent with our business needs. Your deposit account product background skills, as well as your technical knowledge, will allow you to successfully lead our Company and yourself to strive for the next level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and executes all the stages of deposit account product lifecycle including product growth, expansion, market enhancements, and reporting strategies to align with the Company's business objectives.
Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure business needs and desired direction are captured and that product visions are executed into executable roadmaps and release plans, while identifying and analyzing determined critical performance metrics and timelines throughout the life of the project.
Communicate and interact with executive leaders on the strategic product roadmaps, overall objectives, goals, benchmarks, and success measures.
Develop and communicate solutions to manage any issues, risks, or dependencies, and appropriately escalate any concerns that may arise.
Manage the technical solutions from a business requirements standpoint, as well as key areas of support, troubleshooting, and end user training.
Build strong, lasting working relationships with cross-functional groups throughout the organization as well as with external vendors to ensure work plans, communications, resources, and overall implementations or programs and plans are synchronized.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industry related experience.
- 5+ years within financial lending services product management
- Experience with Point of Sale Systems
- A deep knowledge and working understanding of enterprise-wide lending systems and technology
- Must be a domain expert within consumer lending
- Proven ability to manage complex, integrated, multidisciplinary systems
- Ability to apply broad, integrated perspective when planning, problem-solving, and assessing impact across functional areas
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
The Senior Product Manager, Card Services is a member of the Product Management Team, part of the Enterprise Solutions group, which plays an integral part in transforming the way our business operates. Their work enables the organization to improve business performance and team efficiency, and bring agility and scalability to the applications, tools, and processes we use the most. Product Management drives product development from conception to launch, working closely with stakeholders in all areas of our business to understand their needs and communicate new product enhancements and releases.
