We are looking for a Senior Information Security Analyst to join the Service Desk team for the Civil Engineer Control Systems Cyber Security Initiative. The Service Desk Team is the Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for all Air Force Civil Engineering customers that are connected to their enclave.
They will also be responsible for helping on site personnel with inventory and uploading artifacts into eMASS. Also will be assisting them with entering policy and assessing controls. This person cannot remote into the industrial control systems, so phone support capabilities are critical.
This individual will primarily be working with tickets related to systems, but experience with the following is needed:
- Entering policy and assessing controls
- Risk Management Framework
- Phone Support / Communication
Position requires an Active Secret clearance and has the ability to process a DoD Security Clearance for someone.
Active CompTIA IAT/IAM Level II certification required prior to starting.
