Stefanini is hiring!We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer who will support our automotive client in CA; this opportunity is 100% remote with travel to the customer.Daily Tasks to be Performed:
  • ServiceNow development
  • Troubleshoot daily ITSM incidents reported
  • Support Scripting
  • Develop Catalog workflow requirements needed
  • Maintain Organizational and User Profile Data
  • Daily Scrum meetings
  • Administrative activities as needed
  • Support Discovery infrastructure
  • Support for Integrations
  • Scheduled imports from JDBC data sources
  • Run C# scripts to parse and normalize data
  • Inbound Web services
  • SSO
  • Duties/Responsibilities
  • Codes and performs unit and integration testing of ServiceNow software to ensure proper execution and adherence to business and technical requirements
  • Codes, tests and debugs new ServiceNow functions or makes enhancements to existing functions
  • Writes programs according to specifications from higher level staff or business analysts
  • Develops technical documentation
  • Resolves in a timely manner problems that arise with existing production ServiceNow instance to ensure the efficient and proper functioning of ServiceNow components
  • Analyzes problems by coordinating with Honda technical staff to diagnose and fix operational difficulty, as well as consulting, advising and training on specialized features and functions
  • Generates a variety of complex and periodic reports and/or data extracts through database management, data administration and data extraction techniques
  • Provides general system users and management with system analysis and feedback
  • Influence system design by identifying requirements and recommending design and for software enhancements
  • Follows established configuration/change control processes
  • Job Requirements


    Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development/administration experience
    Java experience
    Experience in developing ServiceNow functionality that integrates multiple ServiceNow modules (cross-platform)
    Deep technical and process knowledge of key ServiceNow modules and concepts
    Expertise in ServiceNow Development and Administration techniques
    Experience implementing integrations of ServiceNow to external systems with knowledge of common integration techniques
    Experience working in an agile environment utilizing Story/Defect methodology
    Experience implementing ServiceNow upgrades and patches, knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade and patching process
    Experience managing ServiceNow code changes in update sets and promoting and applying update sets across instances
    Strong ServiceNow experience with:

    Transform Map scripting, data validation and debugging
    Scheduled jobs
    DBC data sources
    Inbound web services
    MID server architecture, configuration and customization
    Discovery detailed configuration and troubleshooting
    Multi-provider SSO configuration and troubleshooting

    Working knowledge of:

    SAML, OAuth and OIDC authentication services
    File transfer using ftp and MFT
    Conversant in network terminology
    Conversant in UNIX admin, authentication, credentials
    Strong Windows server admin

    Certifications Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator


    Preferred:


    Experience with projects in CSM and GRC
    Experience working with C#
    Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (or any other module/suite)
    Certified Application Developer
    ITIL V3 certification
