Troy, MI

Full-Time Contract-to-Hire

$23/hr (DOE)



As the Help Desk Analyst for the largest savings banks in Michigan, you will be providing remote support to thousands of end-users that are migrating to Windows 10. This enterprise-level organization has experienced a lot of growth over the last few years and is looking for a Service Desk professional who can help ensure their success moving forward. If you consider yourself eager, ambitious, and good with problem-solving quickly using your strong communication skills, this could be the job for you!


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience resolving 25+ tickets per day in a technical call center.
  • Basic experience troubleshooting Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
  • Ability to provide both help desk & hardware support.
  • Exposure to an enterprise environment is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to end-users as they transition from Windows 7 to 10.
  • PC support for Dell & HP devices.
  • Mobile support for iOS & Android products.
  • Troubleshoot issues remotely & document the process through ServiceNow ticketing system.
