ShoreTel PBX to MS365 Phone System Migration - 100% remote

Voice Engineer – ShoreTel PBX to Microsoft 365 Phone System Migration

100% remote
Part time (approximately 15-20 hours a week depending on project phase)
4-month duration

Our client, a boutique consulting firm, is seeking a resource to assist with an enterprise-wide migration of ShoreTel PBX (on-prem) to Microsoft 365 Phone System (in Microsoft Teams) for their partner organization. The organization has 300 employees in 9 sites across the U.S.
Responsibilities will include:

Prep and Planning – gathering specific details on the existing environment
Services Configuration - reviewing chat policy, meeting and audio policies, configuring Microsoft Teams/M365 Phone to match existing policies
Pilot Site Cutover – select 1 or 2 sites and perform a cutover to test and improve migration process
Remaining Site Cutovers – complete the balance 7 sites for cutover

Requirements

MUST have hands-on experience migrating from ShoreTel PBX to Microsoft 365 Phone Systems
Must be able to work independently and run with this engagement start to finish, including the backend (technical) configuration
Excellent communication skills to work with the user community in their transition between systems
