Do you have experience with multi-threaded programming? If not what is the most complex programming project you have tackled? How many lines of code were involved? What was the result?
How much time would you say you have spent debugging code vs writing?
How many programs have you written on your own? And what would you say your strengths are in programming?
Are you self-motivated and customer-centric? We need someone we can provide the spec to and get a result. The Software team is available for reference, but not looking for someone that needs a lot of direction, rather someone who can see the vision and seeks resources until the job is complete.
