Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Milwaukee, WI

(Full time, 1st shift position at the Milwaukee location.
**would also consider SVIC location (Silicon Valley - California) in addition to Milwaukee facility
**position most likely will be remote initially, but will want the worker to be able to come into the office when Client's facilities open up)

Duration:


EXPERIENCE

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in manual testing of web apps, iOS and Android apps., and Windows apps
  • Ability to write test scenarios, and test cases based on feature descriptions
  • Experience in working with JIRA
  • Experience in working with a test case management tool such as TestRail
  • Some experience working with automated testing in Python
  • Some background in working with web app development tools (i.e., GitHub, TeamCity, and others)

DUTIES

  • Design and develop test scenarios and test cases for new features or changes to existing features and document the cases and scenarios
  • Manually test new features or changes to existing features and document the results
  • Work with team members to resolve discrepancies or shortcomings in requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Train other team members in the process
  • Review the current feature or features and recommend which functions would be first in automated regression testing
    • Base on simplicity as well as functionality
    • Base on speed to implementation
    • Base on ability to learn the basics of the automated test system


Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science preferred.
Full time, 1st shift position at the Milwaukee location.
