Spanish Bilingual IT Customer Representative

Job Description

Growing company in North Metro hiring immediately for multiple Bilingual Spanish IT Support Representatives!

Daily job duties:

  • Answer 15-30 inbound calls from customers looking for troubleshooting assistance
  • Create a service desk ticket for customers
  • Help customers with various troubleshooting techniques, including remote entry into system
  • Gather accurate information and date regarding end-user issues


Requirements:

  • ***MUST BE FLUENT IN SPEAKING/WRITING SPANISH
  • High technical aptitude - anyone pursing IT degree or recent IT grads welcomed!!
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A desire to learn/grow with a company long-term

Shift:

  • 1 p.m. - 10 p.m. Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday/Thursday off)
