Growing company in North Metro hiring immediately for multiple Bilingual Spanish IT Support Representatives!
Daily job duties:
- Answer 15-30 inbound calls from customers looking for troubleshooting assistance
- Create a service desk ticket for customers
- Help customers with various troubleshooting techniques, including remote entry into system
- Gather accurate information and date regarding end-user issues
- ***MUST BE FLUENT IN SPEAKING/WRITING SPANISH
- High technical aptitude - anyone pursing IT degree or recent IT grads welcomed!!
- Excellent customer service skills
- A desire to learn/grow with a company long-term
- 1 p.m. - 10 p.m. Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday/Thursday off)
