The Salesforce Administrator will support this mission as part of the Customer Marketing/CRM team and be responsible for handling the ongoing support requests, projects, administrative needs, and ensure Users adhere to standards and best practices for the Client's Group Salesforce instance.Functions:
Review and analyze requirements to design a solution utilizing standard features, custom declarative development, third party apps, or a combination of these. Troubleshoot errors, overcome challenging roadblocks, or design creative solutions to solve challenging requests Communicate with end uses, stakeholders, and leadership in the form of requirements gathering meetings, demos, trainings, release notes, and status updates. Assists with ongoing system administration including security, profiles, workflow rules, custom objects, custom fields, etc.
