You will be working with senior management and working closely with the business to understand how to improve business inefficiencies, workflows, and establish financial operational soundness and effectiveness. You will need to have a thorough understanding of accounting / finance processes, and a technical understanding of financial systems. Also, key is the ability to identify project needs, but this is Not a traditional Project Manager position, FAR more transformative and complex, working across cross-functional teams! But also have input on the direction and on projects that will be underneath this large program and develop the overall strategies of the breakdown of the work on this large program! You will be engaged in this large financial transformation undertaking for a couple of years, and then will lead into other key business / financial process initiatives. What You Will Need To Have:
• Financial systems expertise – large enterprise platforms such as Financial ERP – Oracle R12, Hyperion
• Meeting with Business Users and financial areas to determine where processes can be automated and improved!

• Experience in the Insurance / Annuity industry.
