Roc Search are urgently seeking Tier 1-Tier 3 Service Desk Engineer for an MSP Reseller client of ours located in Austin Tx. 3 Permanent Full-Time Position to start immediately.
You will be working on a busy and fast paced Service Desk supporting a variety of 15+ SME end clients with issues that require Tier 1-Tier 3 support over the phone, email and remote desktop. You must be able to support a number of different technical environments that all have different issues within the strict SLAs.
**Experience already working for an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or worked within a SME style business where you have been an 'all-rounder' would be highly advantageous.**
Technical Experience required:
- Tier 1-Tier 3 Support
- Windows 7/10
- Office 2013, 2016
- Office 365
- Citrix User and server administration
- Active Directory, Group Policies
- Exchange Server
- VOIP telephony support
- Firewall - Installation, Config, maintenance (Juniper, Cisco)
- Connect Wise system experience would advantageous
- Communication and confidence is key for this role
