Job Description

One of our top clients has an immediate need for a Systems Admin. Engineer. Our client is looking for a candidate to provide computer hardware and software technical support, end-user training, and technical documentation in a Windows, Unix, Linux, Mac OS environment . Candidate will provide level II technical support for a disparate computing environment; document all technical support requests and resolutions using ServiceNow; and assist in the development of information technology systems’ documentation, guides, and manuals.3+ years of experience minimum. Client will consider substituting education with additional four years of experience or industry certifications from CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, and/or Redhat.

Job Requirements

Experience in call center/help desk position a must.

Experience tracing network conductivity problems required.

Expert knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, and Linux operating systems

Additional requirements:

Knowledge in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools

Working knowledge of command-line shells such as Bash and PowerShell


Understanding of basic security principles
