Help Desk/Systems Administrator
Contract-to-Hire *W2 ONLY, NO C2C OR SPONSORSHIP*
A prestigious client of ours in the Western Suburbs is looking for a Systems Administrator to join their growing team. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for researching and resolving processing errors, software, hardware, and end-user issues and provide advice and training to end-users. You will maintain and administer computing environments, including computer hardware, scanners, copiers, printers, phones, other end-user devices, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. The Systems Administrator will perform and execute daily systems monitoring, backup operations, desktop imaging and maintain daily batch jobs and programs for the primary systems.
The Systems Administrator must have strong hands on experience with the following, but not limited to:
- Great Communication
- Great Documentation
- Team leadership and training
- Microsoft Office - Server 2008/2012R2, Windows 7/10
- Supporting Outlook/Exchange
- Active Directory - creating and resetting user accounts
- Create and duplicate desktop images
- Network connectivity
- Backup and storage
- Plusses: Citrix, SCCM, VMware
