Systems Integration Engineer

Job Description

Candidate will be a Systems Engineer supporting the EOIR/WSI team.

Essential Job functions:

Candidates tasking will be as a Systems Engineer supporting as assigned all Sensors and Weapons Systems used on the F/A-18 aircraft for both US and FMS customers.

Will provide analysis of post flight information (Videos, 1553 bus data, Fiber channel data, and special purpose recorded information) in support of the many FTE’s conducting OFP testing.

Additional tasking may include SOR team and SOR team lead assignments as well as writing and reviewing Test plans, and Detailed Methods of Test for all weapons systems undergoing initial integration or regression testing on the F/A-18 aircraft.

Additional tasking includes assisting in Flight test planning and execution, accurately documenting test procedures, conducting/assisting with labs/ground tests, and generating reports of test results.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Engineering based Bachelors's degree with 10 plus years experience with the Navy Aircraft Platforms and Network Enabled Weapons.

Secret level security clearance.

DesiredSkills:

Familiarization with AGILE and the ability to work within small groups or SCRUM teams.
