One of our large enterprise customers is looking for IT Leads/Coordinators to oversee some of the day to day run and operations of the technical teams.
The current manager of this team will handle the HR perspective of the team, but needs two team leads d to help oversee the day to day operations and problem solving tasks. They will be working with vendor management, attending meetings, escalating operational issues, and act as the the liaison between the technical team and business.
Candidates need to have an understanding of IT, but ideally they are looking for strong soft skills- polished, strong communication, manager/ leadership mindset. This a a great stepping stone for someone who wants to get into leadership but may not quite be ready. In the past BA's coming from technical roles have done very well in this role. There is a ton of growth opportunity for this person to move into a true PM role or even formal Supervisor role.
Candidates will ideally come from a technical project management background or have previous IT Lead or Managment experience. They need to have the ability and experience to manage a team of 10-15, manage mulit-million dollar budgets, and work closely with business owners and stakeholders.

Official Job Description:
Supervises a team of Information Technology Services personnel; develops corporate policies, programs and procedures as they relate to IT; ensures compliance with company and store policies, procedures, standards and goals.
-Must have a minimum of a VS rating on last two annual reviews
-Demonstrate expertise with MS Office Suite
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues
-Excellent time management skills and ability to track multiple projects concurrently
-Excellent understanding of intra-department operations
-Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Work Experience Desired:
5+ years professional ITS experience preferred
Equivalent experience leading a team or project management
Core Job Responsibilities:
-Supervises, hires, trains, evaluates and motivates a team of ITS personnel ranging across a variety of specialized disciplines
-Understands the business areas being supported well; works with the business areas for preparation of business plans, strategic directions, and resolution of problems
-Directs and coordinates work plans and activities of those personnel assigned to and ensures requirements and quality of work are met at expected level
-Provides guidance and direction on problems, solutions. system parameters and modifications; conducts operational walkthroughs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and efficiency of systems, programs and solutions
-Provides information, advice, and staff assistance to management regarding new hardware and software
-Negotiate with vendors to maximize return on expenditures for supplies, maintenance agreements and capital purchases
-Propose changes in operations and/or established systems in an effort to enhance controls or improve efficiencies through better use of technology
-Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management
