Tech Ops Analyst

Qualifications:

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Experience with virtual support (VDI)

• Experience with support desk highly preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to interact with all levels of employees on the phone as well as on video calls

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• 2+ years in a service desk providing technical support

• Call center/help desk management experience a plus

• ITIL framework experience and application of best practices in a professional environment

• Experience with Incident/Problem Management systems and processes

• Experience with Change Control/Change Management systems and processes

This position requires candidates that are a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.  At this time no Corp to Corp relationships will be considered for this opportunity.
