Job Description

We are currently looking to hire Full Desk IT Recruiters that can handle both business development and IT recruiting efforts. You will be responsible for:

  • Business Development in the NYC/NJ/CT market.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates for IT specialist roles.
  • Screening & Interviewing candidates for jobs you are recruiting for.
  • Pro-actively searching candidates via our in-house database, networking and social media, utilizing LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conducting reference checks.
  • Negotiating offers.
  • Closing new business and scheduling new starts for consultants, consult-to-hire, staff and/or executive search placements.

Base salary plus commissions. Opportunity to specialize based on industry or technologies and build your own team of full desk recruiters.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of prior industry experience running their own desk. Recruiting support available as needed and we do have contacts for you to reach out to but ideally we are seeking individuals that can bring some initial business contacts with them and hit the ground running. Must have:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interest in technology
