We are currently looking to hire Full Desk IT Recruiters that can handle both business development and IT recruiting efforts. You will be responsible for:
- Business Development in the NYC/NJ/CT market.
- Sourcing suitable candidates for IT specialist roles.
- Screening & Interviewing candidates for jobs you are recruiting for.
- Pro-actively searching candidates via our in-house database, networking and social media, utilizing LinkedIn, etc.
- Conducting reference checks.
- Negotiating offers.
- Closing new business and scheduling new starts for consultants, consult-to-hire, staff and/or executive search placements.
Base salary plus commissions. Opportunity to specialize based on industry or technologies and build your own team of full desk recruiters.
