Help Desk Analyst
CRG is looking for multiple Help Desk Analysts for 3 clients in the Charlotte area!
Compensation: $16-20/hour, depending on role offered and candidate experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide support to callers experiencing computer problems of all kinds.
- Respond to requests for assistance via email.
- Diagnose technical issues and walk customers, both internal and external, through the steps needed to fix various problems.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate agent or manager.
- Document all incidents in ticketing system.
- 1+ year(s) of experience with technical support, troubleshooting, help desk support, etc.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows XP, and Windows 7
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010-2013
- Experience working with Ticketing Software
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Hardware and Software installation knowledge
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Technical Certifications highly preferred
