Help Desk Analyst
CRG is looking for multiple Help Desk Analysts for 3 clients in the Charlotte area!
Compensation: $16-20/hour, depending on role offered and candidate experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide support to callers experiencing computer problems of all kinds.
  • Respond to requests for assistance via email.
  • Diagnose technical issues and walk customers, both internal and external, through the steps needed to fix various problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate agent or manager.
  • Document all incidents in ticketing system.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience with technical support, troubleshooting, help desk support, etc.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows XP, and Windows 7
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010-2013
  • Experience working with Ticketing Software
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Hardware and Software installation knowledge
  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Technical Certifications highly preferred
