We have an immediate opening for an energetic fast-learner to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist in our Application Engineering Department.
A portion of this position will possibly be related to training our customers on our products.
The duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
Log calls, some calls can last 3 - 4 hours potentially
Provide engineering support for elevator control systems.
Troubleshooting electrical/mechanical systems.
Document technical issues.
Rotating on-call schedule with other team members.
Respond to inquiries from customers and consultants.
AA degree in an electrical-related field or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of analog and digital circuitry
Ability to read wiring schematics
Strong electrical aptitude
Demonstration of excellent customer service
Strong written and oral communication skills
Hours: a 1st shift hours within, Monday - Friday 6 AM - 5:00 PM
