Job Title: Technical Support
Location: San Mateo, CA
Contract Length: 6+ months

Looking for a Desktop Support person in San Mateo. They will be doing heavy imaging for Windows 10, Office 365 and OneDrive for Business. User engagement and interaction will be heavy so solid communication skills and history of user engagement and integration. .

The ability to train and engage users would be ideal. We are heavily moving toward Office 365, OneDrive for Business, MS Teams and OneNote. Those skills, the deploy and training within would be ideal. Taking into account remote assistance and mobile devices for the same suite is important.
