Top Technologies Needed:
- Cisco Communications Manager
- Cisco PCCE Contact Center
- Avaya CS 1000 (PBX)
May require after hours availability for maintenance.
- Interface with end users in a professional setting
- Provide support for outages on-site
- Assist users with day-to-day issues
- Experience supporting the above applications
- Work closely with the Networking teams in order to reassign or assign new IP addresses to equipment
- CISCO Certs preferred but not required
