Tier 1 Helpdesk Associate

Job Description

Aerotek is currently partnering with an IT Management Service to hire for entry-level help desk agents for Tier 1 Support Representatives! This position is for a candidate looking to take a basic understanding of Computer Science or Information Technology and a strong background in customer service to enter a career in IT!

The primary duties of this opportunity are to assist with password resets, basic troubleshooting, and assisting with customers in health care, logistics, and finance and manufacturing! This is a great environment for a self-sufficient individual to develop themselves and gain access to multiple computer software systems and an opportunity to learn about growing companies throughout the United States and learn about skill sets to grow a career in one of the fastest-growing industries!

Responsibilities

  • Act as a single point of contact for individualized clients when it comes to Tier 1 desktop support.
  • Answer inbound calls from internal partners and clients seeking resolutions on ticket system.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot Tier ! related questions and establish one call resolution with competitive wrap times.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 years working in customer service.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
  • Experience troubleshooting smartphones or tablets.
  • Shift Flexibility
  • Adaptable personality with a growth mindset!
