Transitional Trainer

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transitional Trainer.

Client is seeking an individual who can support transformational change across the agency for implementation of a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS). This individual will lead statewide training and transition efforts toward implementation of the CCWIS modules. The individual will need to have the ability to effectively collaborate with client business owners, SME's, organizational design vendor, PMO vendor, DDI vendor and existing IT staff to help identify transitional gaps and build training material to support both transitional and ongoing operations.

Some travel may be required.

Skills Requirements:

Ø The incumbent will have familiarity with the platform implementation designated by the client.

Ø This individual will be able to assist with efforts toward User Interface/User Experience focused curriculum development and execution of statewide training sessions using innovative adult learning techniques and strategies.

Ø The incumbent should be able to address the transition of business process for all aspects of the Department of Child Services, for both newly implemented modules and ongoing development and enhancements of said modules according to the agency SDLC process.

Ø The incumbent will be able to model and provide staff development in said training techniques for a training of trainer (TOT) based model to ensure clientwide saturation and reinforcement of the implemented CCWIS platform.

Ø The incumbent should be able to document and provide ongoing materials and documentation for the agency and Help Desk support.

Ø Salesforce platform experience is required. Salesforce certification is preferred.
