Transportation Administrator

Job Description: CRG recently launched a search for TWO Transportation Administrators for one of our growing, well-established, and employee driven clients in the transportation industry. These indefinite contract roles will be onsite Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. The roles will work closely with the customer service team and assist in performing data entry related to the implementation of a new software system.

Opportunity: Contract

Location: South Charlotte

Compensation: $18.00/hour

Summary:

  • Assist customer service team in working with clients to manage TMS systems
  • Provide excellent customer service while working with clients to ensure questions are answered
  • Perform system changes by accepting loads and updating statuses in the system
  • Work to move data from one software system to another, ensuring accuracy of client information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or administrative work experience, required
  • Knowledge/experience in the transportation industry, highly preferred
  • Strong customer service, data entry, organization, and communication skills, required
