Serves as User-Centered Design (UCD) consultant and User Experience (UX) Design subject matter expert for an innovation and prototyping team specifically on their Salesforce initiative.
Own design systems and understand that platform.
Prototyping and innovation team- thinking through how things will work on that platform.
Visual design capabilities.
Building out new revisions of prototyping efforts.
Expert on the platform of Salesforce Lightening-how the solution works.
•Works with various partners such as Digital UX Leadership, Business and Systems Analysts, and UX Researchers to ensure the best use of company resources for digital work (e.g., Digital UX Design practitioners, technology and level of effort)
•Leverages established digital experience standards, style guides and pattern libraries to create consistent user experiences, and files deviation exception requests as necessary
•Creates scalable site structures, user interface (UI) frameworks and navigation elements that improve usability and align with Business, IT and Experience Architectures and Aspirational Experience Strategy
•Creates visual assets and visual design comps that improve usability and align with defined interaction design patterns, Creative Direction and Aspirational Experience Strategy
•Promotes the continuous improvement of UCD processes, UX Design operational strategy, UI framework and digital experience standards, templates and artifacts
-Uses established design templates and pattern libraries to create interactive UX design prototypes, and delivers UI enhancements and visual design assets, as identified by UX leadership, to address specific functionality defects and gaps in the user experience, and meet user research needs
-Supports UX leadership with note-taking during User-Centered Design, Design Thinking and Service Design workshops
Produces wireframes, user and task flows, rapid interactive prototypes, comps and visual design assets of varying levels of fidelity for usability evaluation and UI development needs, including minor copy writing and maintenance of associated digital artifacts and interaction pattern libraries (e.g., Common Component Library, Digital UX Deck, Digital Analytics Artifacts, etc.)
-Documents UX/UI detailed solution design along the Business Case Lifecycle, as prescribed by legal-approved versioning requirements and internal Digital UX Design artifact documentation standards
* Able to collaborate during the design process to architect solutions that would be the precursor to the Salesforce platform architecture.
* This architectural minded designer should be able to help brainstorm/concept/whiteboard in collaboration with the core team throughout the design process.
* Assist in developing visually striking artifacts for storytelling, facilitated workshops, presentations and other deliverables.
* Able to collaborate on or solo execute user flows, task flows, user journeys, & blueprinting.
* Highly collaborative with the ability to pull succinct solutions out of problems/pain-points.
• Must have Salesforce / Salesforce Lightning experience****.
• Proficient in usage of Sketch (design tool for web applications- 6months ago client adopted this and Axure.
