Top Firm in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for a User Support Analyst II provides concierge level end-user support. The Analyst II is part of the help desk call rotation for the entire firm. This position may work with trial teams at remote locations occasionally. Additionally, the Analyst may assist remote engineers with tasks either in the office or at the local datacenter. HELP DESK SUPPORT Provide first and second level technical support and guidance to users of the Firm?s computers, telephone systems, and other technical systems. For immediate consideration, please send your resume as an MS doc and place a follow up call to Vivian in the Downtown office.
