We have an immediate requirement for a User Support Practitioner with our client in Allen Park, MI.

This position is for a business support analyst in the business support section of the Collaboration and Productivity Services Department. The tools supported include SharePoint (on-premise 2016 version and Office 365 cloud version), OneDrive(O365), and Yammer(O365). Also, our team supports on-premise Skype for Business, Syncplicity For File Sharing and Camtasia. We are starting on a 15+ month project to migrate Client to the O365 Cloud, and the position will give the candidate exposure to Office 365 administration with heavy emphasis on SharePoint support. The ideal candidate must be an organized self-starter with strong work ethic. The candidate must have work experience supporting a substantial environment, including business customers and operations teams. The position does including periodic on-call duty on evenings and weekends (i.e. for a week at time, every 6-7 weeks)
 
Skills Required: 
  • Deep SharePoint technical knowledge especially in the area of SharePoint Administration
  • Solid understanding of Office 365 OneDrive including OneDrive Sync
  • 2+ years. experience in providing software or application technical customer support
Experience Preferred: 
  • Experience in Office 365 Message Center And Service Health Monitoring - Experience performing on-call technical support after working hours
  • Basic understanding of chat tools including Skype For Business and Web-Ex Teams - Experience being on-call after working hours
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including experience documenting technical processes
  • Ability to work well in a team environment; Candidate must be a team player
  • Strong work ethic; Reliable None
Education Required: 
  • Candidates with or working towards a 4 year IT degree will take priority when choosing candidates to interview
