Voice Engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for configuration and setup of Unified Communications manager equipment and Unity Voice mail • Support all advanced intelligent call routing platforms such as Genesis and call manager as well as utilizing CTI technology to integrate voice and data information flows • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Contact Center alerts with advanced technical and practical knowledge of UCCE, Peripheral Gateways, SIP Trunking, CUSPS, Voice Portal (CVP), Central Controllers, IVRs, in an advanced Contact Center environment. • Manage the voice network through vendors and 3rd party relationships with multiple domestic and international carriers • Monitor inbound (Domestic & international toll-free networks) terminating in multiple domestic and international contact centers
