Job Description

The Network Administrator maintains the corporate IT environment by identifying network and server requirements; implementing and installing new systems and upgrades; complete ticket escalation resolution, as well as monitoring network, and server performance.Administer, monitor, evaluate, and adjust user authentication, permissions, and accounts for internal and external systemsAnalyze and evaluate system performance, access, and stability issuesResolve trouble ticketsCreate, implement, and enforce security policiesEvaluate network performance including availability, utilization, throughput, and latencyMaintain production change control schedule and participate in change controlPerform other duties as required
