An industry recognized leader in global IT outsourcing and managed services.


Stefanini is looking for a highly skilled Word Processor who will be assigned in one of our projects in NJ. This resource prepares documents, such as financial statements, audit committee reports, mail merges, proposals and presentations, etc., using Firm sponsored software. Must have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment. Constantly keep abreast with the latest use of technology. Word Processing (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Intensive training is needed, must be in office daily.

Job Requirements

  • Strong skills in XHTML and HTML, including XHTML editors.
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and correct validation issues with code to produce valid XHTML
  • Strong skills in using Dreamweaver for content formatting and editing; ability to select and apply styles from established CSS (cascading style sheet)
  • Skilled in applying metadata; ability to identify and remediate issues to achieve accurate search results
  • Ability to use an established PowerGrep (script) library to process some types of content more efficiently and to process the Weekly Update.
  • Agility - ability to quickly learn technology/software relevant to team when the need arises
  • Knowledge of tools used to convert documents from PDF or Word to XHTML (WebWorks, for example)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and Google “G suite”
  • Project Management skills
  • Ability to organize, plan and carry out complex assignments with guidance
  • Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Ability to organize, plan and carry out complex assignments

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and seek guidance when questions arise
  • Strong testing / quality assurance skills. Includes validating that all published content appears in Inform.

  • Ability to become familiar with standard setter websites and identify content relevant for Inform.
  • Strong QC (quality control) skills; ability to follow a QC checklist to ensure that content meets standards and matches the original source as closely as possible.
